Manager New Business Sales DACH
Who we are

In our EMEA Commercial organization, we are looking for a New Business Manager for DACH region. The role is to be based in Barcelona, and at Advibe, we have a progressive hybrid working policy – which means you can either work mainly from our office or primarily from home – your choice!  

  • You’ll be responsible for leading a team of talented Sales Account Executives, both in the Enterprise and Core Mid-Market space, to exceed their sales goals and KPIs.
  • You take a proactive and planned approach to recruiting and onboard diverse new team members to achieve your New Business goals, anticipating internal mobility and attrition
  • You’ll focus on coaching and developing the team to ensure their success through skill development, inspiration, and building a highly empowered, diverse, and inclusive sales culture.  
  • You’ll focus with your team on planning and executing a sales strategy for the market, aligned with the European and global approach, ensuring sustainable and consistent growth, providing the best customer experience and accountability while balancing large deals and run rate
  • You’ll drive operational excellence in your team (pipeline management, salesforce accuracy, reporting, forecasting), fostering collaboration within the New Business team (including Business Development) and across the Commercial indirect team
  • You’ll leverage your communication to influence and shape change while successfully building and maintaining trusted relationships with colleagues and clients alike
  • You’ll ideally have a current network of C level in DACH region and must be able to nurture and row this network, based on opportunities and the Advibe strategy

Manager, Strategic Partnerships

The Partnerships and Business Solutions team brings together the best of Advibe analytical capabilities – drawing from our Sales and Client Services team, Engineering team, Data Science team, and Product team and combining them in one cohesive organization. Our team advises and also builds, operates, and transfers capabilities to help our clients transform their programmatic execution strategies.
As the Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you will work within the Inventory team to develop and grow relationships with top-tier publishers, and media owners in North America to maximize Advibe’s inventory footprint. Our goal is to provide our clients with premium, high-performance programmatic inventory across all channels.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify supply opportunities that best suit our clients’ needs.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Build and grow relationships with publishers
    • Identify and prioritize programmatic inventory-related leads and opportunities
    • Nurture existing partnerships to ensure that scale and delivery are maximized across all partners
    • Create deals with our partners to unlock exclusive inventory and pricing
    • Understand trends in the industry to ensure we have the capabilities to deliver campaigns
    • Work closely with sales and account management teams to socialize new partnership opportunities
    • Ensure successful delivery of campaigns
    • Troubleshoot technical campaign issues for high-value clients
    • Create and maintain repository of publisher collateral and technical specs for the Sales team
    • Provide training to the Sales team on all things publisher- and supply-related

What you’ll bring to the table:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    • 3+ years of work experience in a partner-facing role in business development, partnerships or other related experience
    • Proven track record of successfully seeking out and building impactful relationships
    • Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, SSPs and other platforms is a plus; previous relationships with publishers and SSPs is a big plus
    • Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders

Programmatic Sales Director (APAC)

We’re looking for a Sales Director (APAC) to join our growing APAC Revenue team.
The SD role is a combination of sales activities and team management. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for growing and training a team as a player-coach, working with individual Account Executives to close and grow high potential accounts. You will be leading the team of Sales Managers located remotely in Singapore and across South East Asia. 
Naturally, you will have the leadership experience and lead by example for your team. You will be responsible for bringing in new business and understand the client’s long-term business objectives, seeking partnership opportunities to further grow the client’s business with Advibe. 
A successful SD must have a clear understanding of the programmatic media landscape in order to effectively lead a sales team and sell Advibe’s solution. The SD must be able to motivate their team to work towards quotas in a fast paced, high growth environment. 
Advibe is a Remote First company, this role is open to candidates who are ideally based in Singapore or willing to relocate to Singapore. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

    • Hire, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives in the APAC market
    • Identify, pitch, and close platform sales deals with agencies and brands across APAC region
    • Work with individual SMs prepare pitch materials and RFPs
    • Work closely with management/product teams to get products specified and built
    • Work with your team to manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities
    • Manage team of SM’s based remotely across APAC

We’ll be reaching out to applicants that have:

    • 5+ years of digital advertising/ programmatic sales experience
    • 1+ years managing a team, ideally in a sales management role
    • Grown sales pipelines with CRM tools for efficiency and transparency using a strong follow up process
    • Managed successful client deployments and ensured ongoing client satisfaction, renewal, opportunity discovery
    • Have a good network of both agencies and brands across APAC region
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
    • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
